I believe that in order for therapy to be as effective as possible, you have to have the right therapist. This is why I offer a free phone consultation to any client for up to 30 minutes. In this phone consult, we will talk more about your needs and assess if myself and my practice are a good fit for you. Pricing for individual therapy:

My standard fee for a 50-minute session is $150. I do hold a limited number of sliding scale spots within my caseload. If you have any questions about payment or fees, please feel free to reach out.

I am able to accept major credit and debit cards and payment is due at the time of each session.

Pricing for Couples therapy:

Similar to my fee for individual therapy, my fee for couples therapy is based on the standard fee of $150 per 50 min session. The difference is that many couples therapy sessions are 80 minute sessions, and are therefor prorated based on the standard fee of $150. The session costs are listed below:

• 50 minute couples therapy session: $150

• 80 minute couples therapy session: $225

I am able to accept major credit and debit cards and payment is due at the time of each session.

Pricing for Group therapy:

The fee for each group will vary, but I do offer sliding scale in most groups in an effort to make therapy more accessible to you!

Insurance:

I am happy to be both a Lyra and CenCal provider. Please reach out to me if you have any questions regarding your CenCal or Lyra insurance.

I am also able to provide out of network coverage via Superbill reimbursement. This is not an option through all insurance plans, so it is your responsibility to contact your insurance provider to find out what out of network benefits you have access to.
