Are you one of the many people who have goals they want to achieve, but continue to find yourself struggling to be able to achieve them?
The Make Change Happen therapy group is a process and support oriented group designed for individuals who have goals in their lives that they are struggling to accomplish.
The reality is that change is not easy and it is often connected with a lot of emotions and logistical challenges that create barriers to that change. In this group, we will create a support system while also creating a space to process the barriers that may be impacting your success at change, and the tools you may need to achieve those goals.
This group is held in Atascadero, CA and is run every other week on Mondays from 5:00-6:30 pm. This is an open and ongoing group that is capped at 6 members at any given time. Due to the cap, space is very limited!
The standard fee for this group is $100 per session and there is an option for a sliding scale based on individual need. I would be happy to talk with you more about your needs to make this group possible for you!

Therapy for Therapists
THE GROUP WILL START AGAIN FEBRUARY 7, 2025!
Are you a therapist in California experiencing the unique challenges that come along with this line of work? It might be burn out, stress, imposter syndrome, second hand trauma, high work loads, or the difficulty with balancing your personal life with your professional life. The reality is that therapists are human too and while the need for support and processing within the community of therapists is high, there are not a lot of spaces available for this need. If any of this sounds like your experience, this support and process oriented group is for you! Group therapy can be a cost efficient form of therapy that allows you to build a sense of supportive community that we so often lack as therapists.
This group is designed to be different from consultation groups in that it provides therapists a space to process and gain support around how working in this field is affecting them personally. The group runs weekly on Fridays from 4:00 pm- 5:30 pm and is offered through telehealth to make it as accessible as possible to therapists all over California. It is an open group and is capped to 6 members at any given time.
